“After sliding into a ditch from icy roads. I called several body shops. Couple didn't return my call and the few that I did talk to didn't sound interested on the phone to even take the time to look at my damages. Calling Extreme Autobody & Towing talking to Thomas on the phone I did not hesitate to take my car in for estimate. Thomas was very honest about the cost and the time to repair my Chrysler 300c. After taking to Thomas I had decided to get a custom paint job on my Chrysler. Thomas took the time to lesson to what I was trying to go for and he showed me different designs he thought I would like needless to say I am very pleased with the outcome. HIGHLY recommend Extreme Autobody & Towing, they did an awesome job, their attention to detail and personal service is something you just don't see in many body shops anymore. “On my way from Washington DC to Blacksburg, I hit a deer. My shield underneath fell off in the accident and scratched the road while I am driving. I called Extreme and were told that parts need to be ordered before they can replace it for me. However, knowing no immediate business for him, the guy was extremely patient answering my questions and in the end suggested I come in for a quick check anyway. I did. He was super efficient giving my shield a quick temporary fix, and didn't charge me for that service. I think he's decent, handy, and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend this bodyshop to my friends.”

I found out where he was and even though Thomas had a busy schedule ahead of him, he went out and picked up my brother so that he would be safe!! I can sleep tonight now knowing my brother is safe. I searched the website and found Extreme Autobody and Towing is one of the best around new river valley as all reviewers not only left very positive comments but also gave the highest scores. I contacted people who are working for this place. They were very friendly and helpful. Several days later, when I went back to pick up my car, it looked like brand-new and you could immediately tell they had done a great job. I checked closely the windshield and the paint. They looked exactly the same as my old car had. Maybe even better. I should say this autobody shop deserves the five-star rating based on its professional service and quality.”

“We were in a bad accident traveling through Virginia from Birmingham, AL over the weekend. We got out of the hospital after business hours, but being so far from home and our destination, we weren't going to be able to stay in town longer than one night. Extreme Autobody was more than happy to accommodate us. They had someone meet us at the yard after hours so that we could retrieve our belongings, and helped us pry our luggage from the trunk. They were very friendly and helpful at the end of a long and difficult day. Thank you very much for all your help, Extreme Autobody and Towing.”

“So impressive! My daughter lost control of her car after swerving to avoid hitting a dog late the other night. The car ended up at Extreme Autobody & Towing. Though Thomas and company won't be repairing it, as the insurance company declared it a total loss, I felt I had to write to express how appreciative I am of this place. My daughter is a college student in the area and I live up in Northern Virginia, but Thomas was extraordinarily helpful and understanding, both to me and to my daughter. Not only did he take time to very patiently explain to me the entire situation with the car, but in order to expedite the insurance company taking posession of the car when my daughter was unable to come retrieve her belongings, he removed everything from the car (and there was plenty to remove!) and stored it in bags until my daughter was able to get there. He also removed the tags and sent me several photos of the car. And he did it all without my even having to ask, and knowing full well he wasn't going to make an extra penny by doing it. Thomas is one very kind man -- just the person you want to deal with when you have a problem.”

“I needed some minor work done on my car and called around for estimates. After quite a few calls I spoke to Thomas at Extreme Autobody. He was very kind and very helpful. Many of the businesses didn't return my calls, and all of the other estimates were much higher. I set up the appointment with Thomas, he helped order some of my parts and my car was as good as new in a couple of days. “After a deer hit my car I took it to Extreme Auto Body based on the the online reviews I'd read. Upon dropping the car off Thomas inspected the vehicle and gave it a good once over and told me what all would need to be done and even pointed out things the insurance had missed. The car was ready right at the estimated time he'd projected, and to say the least they did an amazing job. The attention to detail was unfathomable, not only did they paint the replacement body panels and install them they went above and beyond to ensure the car looked amazing when I got it back. They dropped my headliner and sunroof to remove all the glass. They even went as far as to lubricate the sunroof tracks for me. They put in EXTRA elbow grease to clean parts of the car that weren't even damaged in the accident just to ensure the car looked flawless at pick up. I HIGHLY recommend Extreme Auto Body, they did an awesome job, their attention to detail and personal service is something you just don't see in many body shops anymore! I was so impressed with their work I took it back the next week for mechanical work which was superb service as well. They've earned a life long customer out of me.

UPDATE : My fiancee and I purchased a used truck from a reputable dealer, we took it to Extreme Auto Body to have them do some work on it. Thomas looked it over and found numerous things wrong with it that the dealer 'failed' to disclose. Because of his thorough inspection we learned what type of trouble we had gotten into with this truck and with his advisement went back to the dealer to raise hell. Luckily they are going to do what they need to do to make it right, but if it weren't for the guys at Extreme Auto Body we never would have known until this truck simply fell apart whilst driving it”
